This Mallorcan holiday home for 6 people is located at the foot of the “Na Penyal” mountain and offers its guests a magnificent view of the entire bay from Cala Millor to the Costa de los Pinos. The adjacent “Via Verde” invites you to take leisurely walks or bike rides to Son Servera up to Artá and the long, white sandy beach in Cala Millor as well as restaurants and shops are only 2km away.
The house in its spectacular hillside offers you a fenced plot of almost 8.000m², the house welcomes you with approx. 230m² and 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms, central heating and internet (WiFi).
In the cozy living area there are sofas to relax, satellite TV, fireplace and direct access to the porch with great views until the town and bay of Cala Millor. The kitchen – dining area is spacious, bright and it is fully equipped with crockery and kitchenware such as: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, etc. There is a large dining table and also a seperate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, clothes and ironing board.
The 3 bedrooms are provided with fans in the summer months:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (1.50m x 1.90m) + safe + 1 bathroom with shower
1 bedroom with twin beds (0.90m x 1.80m) + 1 bathroom with shower + access to the exterior area
1 bedroom with twin beds (0.90m x 1.90m)

Holiday Home for 6 people – private Pool, natural Environment
Outside, you can spend cozy holiday moments on the terrace with dining table, where you can look out over the sea at breakfast and plan your day in a relaxed manner. The house has a private pool (length 10.00m x 4.00m, depth up to 1.80m) with sun beds, where you can easily unwind. The house is in a natural environment with pine, oak and olive trees with a well-tended garden and there is a Barbeque provided, ready to enjoy the fresh Mallorcan dishes with friends and family.
Shops are within walking distance, for example, only 1.8km away in Cala Millor. The villa is located directly on the so-called ”Vía Verde’‘, which was originally to become a railway line from Manacor to Artà. Now you can walk here or go by bike over Son Servera to Artà and the beautiful landscape. In Son Servera you can stroll comfortably over the weekly market, enjoy a cafe in the market square and look at the Iglesia Nova, which has been constructed by a Gaudi’s employee, but has never been completed. Today in the church without roof, concerts, weddings etc. take place. By car you can also explore the famous Calas, often romantic bays like Cala Torta and Cala Petita. A large selection of restaurants and a varied nightlife can be found in the coastal towns of Cala Millor, Sa Coma or Cala Ratjada.

Wir waren das erste mal in dieser Finca. Die Lage ist sehr schön, der Ausblick ist traumhaft und das Haus hat alls was man braucht (eine Klimaanlage wäre allerdings schön). Besonders zu erwähnen ist die gute Sauberkeit.

Qué casa tan bonita. Es grande y con mucha luz. Además, la decoración es una pasada. Llena de piedras y de flores de colores. Por dentro nos dejó sin palabras. Y la piscina igual. Ojalá podamos volver muy pronto.
